the splotch on his forehead and the two cut marks are in fact from what happens at the very beginning of his short story. he, Kaysha, DJ Fist, MC Cobra and Kaysha's little sisters Charmaine and Cassie are attacked and abducted by a powerful demon and sent to worlds that aren't their own. Ice had been beaten up by the demon and dropped in the middle of a skate park in a San Francisco that was 30 years more advanced than the one of his home Earth. He was dropped from a fair height and smashed his head on the pavement giving him the nasty scar on his forehead up to his hairline and it also deprived him of all his memories. thus he was taken in by a local skate group called the Scorpions and he now wears their uniform.
